Belt material that doesn't suck

Suggestions? I’ve used stainless steel with kapton tape which doesn’t seem great.

I’ve heard the same. I know @NAK3DDesigns is using a custom sized sheet of buildtak, and I think it’s going to be more easily sourced soon when Printed Solid starts selling White Knight kits? the Buildtak seems to work well

Phil, Did you try glue stick or blue painters tape or hair spray?

I was using Kapton tape on a stainless steel belt running over aluminum with a heated bed pcb below. It didn’t work that well because any fluctuation in tempature such as the part cooling fan would make the print fall off or the thermal expansion / contraction from the bang bang loop would create layer lines. I discovered that blue tape works far better.
